Hi, it's Grace! If you're a digital nomad in Chiang Mai, you know that finding a good gym is as important as finding a good coffee shop with fast Wi-Fi. Chiang Mai has some of the best value fitness spots in Thailand, perfect for those staying for a few months.\n\nOne of my favorite budget-friendly options is GoGym. It's a huge, open-air space with a massive variety of equipment. It gets busy in the evenings, but the energy is great and the price is hard to beat.\n\nFor those who prefer air-conditioning and a more modern feel, Maxx Professional Fitness is a solid choice. It's well-maintained and has everything you'd expect from a high-end gym, without the high-end price tag.\n\nIf you're staying near the Old City, Pump Fitness 2.0 is very convenient. It's smaller but has a loyal community of both locals and nomads. For a more "hardcore" lifting environment, Iron Temple Gym is the place to be.\n\nChiang Mai is also a great place for yoga. Yoga Tree Chiang Mai offers beautiful classes in a peaceful setting, which is a nice break from the screen time.\n\nThe best part about the fitness scene here is how easy it is to drop in. Most places offer daily or weekly passes, so you can test out a few before committing to a monthly membership. Check out our full Chiang Mai fitness directory for more spots. Happy training!
