Hotel Gyms: The Early Bird Backup

Tips for Early Training in Phuket

Hydrate the night before. Phuket humidity means you sweat more than you realize. Start your session already hydrated.

Drive carefully. Roads are quiet before 7AM but poorly lit in many areas. Dogs sleep on the road. Take it slow on a scooter.
